1. Manage Stress Effectively

We all know that we experience stress day in and day out and stress is not an automatically a bad thing; it's only a bad thing when you can't manage it effectively. There's such a thing as good stress also known as eustress and bad stress also known as distress. The good stress motivates you, mobilizes you, energizes you; whereas bad stress paralyses you, stifles your functioning and your thinking. We want to focus more on managing the so-called bad stress. Every time experience stress you have a certain reaction, and that reaction is based on how you think, believe and behave, as well as your general attitudes and values. Many different factors influence your reaction to stress. The main thing that we want to accomplish with the Silva Method programs is to convert potentially negative reactions into positive responses and to manage the fear and anger that are at the root of all of your stress-related reactions.

2. Go Beyond Your Limiting Beliefs

A belief is a statement you make to yourself about something you hold to be true, It guides your living experience. If your living experience is something you're really not happy about, it is due directly to your belief system.

How your life unfolds before you has to do with beliefs you hold to be true. Some of these beliefs are easy to change; all you need to do is change the belief statement. By changing the belief statement, you literally change the belief itself and you may be able to attract a different, more positive outcome for your life.

Change your beliefs and live the life of your own design.

3. Think of What You Want and Only That

Complete life changes can occur by simply changing the polarity of your thoughts from the negative to the positive. Thoughts precede physical manifestation. First you must think it before it can manifest and most thoughts manifest regardless of their being positive or negative.

You are a "master" of thought manifestation and how you live is evidence of that. Your thoughts are energy in motion. Once the thought is out, whether positive or negative, the potential of it manifesting increases. Thought has a tendency to attract energy and make it conform to it. The more you think that thought, the greater its chance to manifest through time. Your thoughts are vital in creating results, and so it is important to think of what you want only and always.

When desiring to make positive changes in your life, it is valuable to evaluate how you think, believe and behave. If you like your life as it is, then you continue doing what you have always done. If you do not like your life as it is, then you must make changes, the best ones possible.

4. Use More of Your Brain and Mind

The Silva Method Exercises teach you how to slow down your brain frequencies into the alpha and theta region of the brain and then be able to use your mind at those frequencies in a special way to solve problems; to be more creative, improve your health, better your relationships, increase confidence and your overall mental ability.
