I joined a mind improvement on-site course where I was unable to download some of the programs. It was a fantastic course and I still use it. I listen in the car and when I’m out and about. If your programs are all meditations then I understand and don’t need downloads, but I found the other one frustrating as I’d have to stop the car to log on and sometimes I would be out of range therefore unable to listen at all. Please advise

I have realised that I cannot create an online screen in my mind and visualize things. I think of them as a memory but cannot see them as a picture. Can I still successfully do the course if I cant create vivid images in my mind?

My wife and I both took your in-class course back when I knew the course as Basic 101 and Jose was alive. (We still have our I.D. cards!) There are a few techniques (like three-finger) that we still use.
Is there a chance I (or we) could sample this course for a short time, or is there a sample version?

Is there a workbook for this? one of the lesson’s referenced one, but I cant seem to find one anywhere? We bought this latest addition hoping it would be more organized (2021 version) I like the content (seems simular if not the same) We had bought a previous edition 10 years ago there was a workbook,but it didn’t seem to go with the lessons.. and it was hard to actually figure out where it went to (no lesson numbers or anything to let you know where you were in the lessons and we got lost.
