Dr. Joan McGillicuddy is Co-Executive
Director/Clinical Director of Helping Associates, Inc. (HAI).

She holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Counseling Psychology. Joan is a Certified Psychotherapist; a warm, intuitive therapist who applies her many years of training and experience to co-supervise a clinical staff that serves hundreds of individuals throughout Central Arizona.

In addition to training extensively with Dr. Jose Silva, founder of Silva Mind Development, she has trained at the Harvard Medical School, The Menninger Foundation, and the Institute for Rational Living.

Dr. McGillicuddy has been named "Outstanding American Lecturer" numerous times by Silva Mind International. Joan deeply impacts participants with her love, experience, genuineness, and enthusiasm. She specializes in relaxation training, cognitive therapy and helping people realize their full potential.

Along with Dr. Estrada, Dr. Joan McGillicuddy co-founded Helping Associates, Inc. in 1982 and The Institute for Creative Solutions, LLC in 2002.
