A successful sales and marketing executive in several multinational corporations in Canada and Europe, Stephen has experienced first hand how demanding such a life can be and how much easier it is to overcome obstacles and create a balanced life, when he has practical tools available to help him succeed. For Stephen, these tools came in the form of the Silva Method. From meditation to visualization; from positive thinking to subconscious programming; from goal setting and daily introspection in the form of a success journal, Stephen practices daily what he has learned and teaches in the Silva Method.
