    1. Act Rather Than Reaction

    It is easy to come home from work feeling stressed and frustrated. The daily grind of meetings, deadlines, and office politics can make you feel overwhelmed if you let it. But instead of letting job stress carry over into your personal life, try taking a proactive approach: Act rather than reaction. Start by recognizing the triggers that cause you to become overwhelmed or angry. If it is an annoying co-worker, try confronting them in a non-confrontational manner.
