Silva Method & Its Altered States of Mind

José Silva created the self-help and meditation technique known as The Silva Method. The deepest level of unconsciousness and dreamlessness is known as THE DELTA LEVEL.

What is the Silva Healing Method? 

There are three steps involved in the Silva Healing Method.

The first step involves witnessing the pain and feeling it. The person must feel the frustrations and emotions associated with it. The pain that one feels helps them and provides them the motivation for change. It would not have been otherwise possible. One can also take into account the changes that happened to them since the initiation of the process.

The second step revolves around seeing something real or symbolic action being taken for finding a solution to a problem. It provides a mirror to the future. One can take small and simple steps to resolve issues that they might be facing. One might not solve the problem at once. But they can take small steps that will be significant in resolving the problem.

The third step revolves around seeing and feeling the result. There is the joy experienced when one can solve problems in their life. And if the solution benefits more than one person, then that is more beneficial.
