Glass of water technique:
In this technique water particles are used to influence thought process. Alarm Clock Technique

This is somewhat similar to the glass of water method. This is used to remember and recall the dream you had last night. But it uses meditation as the trigger. Just before going to sleep every night meditate and can say to yourself something like “I want to remember a dream, I will remember a dream”. Keep a pen and a paper by your bedside and whenever you wake up try to write down whatever you have dreamt. Keep practicing it daily and your recall will get better. If you want a solution to a particular problem you can say so to yourself. Your dreams will act as a voiceless subconscious communication.
Three finger technique
One can do this only after reaching alpha state of mind. This technique involves programming your mind to do something whenever you touch your index and middle finger with your thumb. It is a triggering mechanism for your mind. For instance you can train your mind to recall a certain important thing whenever you apply this technique. Gradually an association would be formed between your mind and physical body (the three fingers).
Mind control over sickness
Mind power is used to start the internal healing process of the body. There has been cases where people dealing with common or serious diseases have experienced complete cure. The sick person starts in beta level thinking about himself as a loving and forgiving person. Then at deeper levels the person starts visualizing his sickness.
